Some character designs of mythical creatures I made.
I was sketching some ideas and traced the best ones
in Illustrator CS2.

Top row: Owl carrying the sun and the moon. An old woman selling her see-through bear on the market.

Bottom row: God of the animals, God of the weather and the all-knowing God of wisdom.

wow, you got a lot of imagination. The characters looks like they have a great story to tell. And i'm very curious about the see-through bear. How did he end-up there? I wish the all-knowing God of wisdom could tell me...

The lines themselves I think are what makes this for me, so smooth and consistent. I like the simplicity of all of them. Awesome job.

I love these! They're really unique and imaginative AND the style is fantastic. I like the swirly lines connected to the sun's and moon's eyes and the overall slick simplicity. Looks downright professional!
